Privacy

SecondGlow is made by Good Software s. r. o., which is responsible for the data described here. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell anything, and your screen never leaves your desk.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts, no third-party fonts. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse.

The launch email list

If you sign up, we store your email address, the date, and where you came from if the link said so (for example “hn”). We use it only to email you when SecondGlow launches. Want it deleted? Email support@secondglow.app and it’s gone.

The apps

Your picture travels only over the cable between your two Macs, encrypted, and is never recorded or uploaded. The apps contain no analytics. Diagnostic reports are made only when you ask, and stay on your Mac unless you send them to us.

When licensing goes live, Host contacts our license server to start a trial or activate a license. It sends a one-way hash of your Mac’s hardware ID (we never see the real ID), its model name (like “Mac14,2”) and the app version. Never your computer’s name, files or screen.

Buying

Payments are handled by Stripe as the seller of record. We receive your email and order details from Stripe so we can send your license key. We never see your card.
